You may use Sentari only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms. You are responsible for all activity under your account. You may not use the platform to process data in violation of applicable law, including HIPAA, GDPR, or other applicable privacy regulations.
The Sentari platform and its underlying technology are owned by Sentari Inc. Study deliverables generated from your data belong to you.
Sentari is provided “as is.” To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.
We may update these terms. We will notify you of material changes by email or in-app notice.
