Sentari (“we”, “our”, “us”) collects information you provide when you sign up, use our platform, or contact us. This includes account information (name, email, company), study data you upload or generate on the platform, and usage logs.
We use your data to operate and improve the Sentari platform, send transactional emails, and respond to support requests. We do not sell your data to third parties.
All data is encrypted in transit (TLS) and at rest. Research transcripts undergo PHI redaction before any model processing. We enforce regional data residency for EU and APAC tenants.
